The wind actually dropped below 10mph last night for the first time in a few days. This morning has some semi-clean conditions at south spots closest to the tip of Rincon. The water color is slowly changing back to normal as well. Some head high sets are still rolling in. The wind is forecast to pick back up very soon so go surf. Wind fest continues for the next week. If it would only back down for a little bit some actual swell might punch through later on in the week. At least some cleaner mornings would be good. That's the latest forecast for surfing Puerto Rico.
