Learner fest at south spots closest to the tip of Rincon this morning. The tiny glassy conditions are perfect for small children, learners, and first timers. Many were in anticipation of a long period NE swell today - well it's not happening here right now. Maybe later we might see a slight bump up in size. We look to stay small to flat here in Rincon until the end of the week. The north side of the island should have some fun waves with light winds. Around Thursday/Friday a nice big swell is set to go off in the Atlantic sending some solid 2-4ft overhead surf (possibly bigger) to our beaches here in Rincon. That's the latest forecast for surfing Puerto Rico.
