Chest high swell supposed to fill in tomorrow building to possibly head high by Friday. Saturday might have some small leftovers before going flat Sunday. Monday and Tuesday is forecast to have a bigger swell in the head high plus region. That's the latest forecast for surfing Puerto Rico.
